Early Childhood Education-"Encouraging children to eat Vegetables"

By serving healthy vegetables to children, along with the main dish will encourage your children and preschoolers to munch on them. Instead of greasy French fries, making your own baked sweet potato fries is another healthy way to encourage healthy eating. Sweet Potato fries are packed with vitamin A and also provide fiber if you leave the skin on.

Expert Tip: For healthier chicken nuggets, dip chicken breasts or tenders in egg wash (a mix of egg whites and skim milk), then in seasoned bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
